Mike Woods is a Chartered Engineer and graduated with both his first degree and PhD from the University of Bath before lecturing engineering there.
He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in financial modelling, before becoming the Technical Adviser to the PPP Arbiter for London Underground.
He is currently benchmarking specialist for the Mayor of London’s Independent Investment Programme Advisory Group and an independent consultant.
He advises clients in business and government on Asset Management, regulation, financial modelling and leads negotiations to resolve commercial issues.
